If you are flying
into Springfield, you should schedule air arrivals as close to noon as
possible but prior to 3:00pm the first day. Departures should be as
close as possible to, but not prior to, 11:00am. Those choosing
not to use the scheduled transfer must use transportation at their own
expense.

- In order to protect your purchase we
strongly recommend the purchase of the Tour Cancellation Protection
Plan (TCPP). For your Branson Tour the plan is priced at only $99.00
per
person. Without TCPP cancellation
penalties apply.

Prices
shown for packages are per person and
are subject to availability and change.
A deposit of
$250 per person
is required for booking a package. Balance is due 60 days prior to
arrival. For cancellations of
91 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a full refund of
all funds received, less a $49 per person processing fee. 90 to 61 days
prior to tour date, a $250 per person fee is charged. 60 to 31 days
prior to tour date, 50% of the tour cost is charged. 30 days or less
prior to tour date, there is no refund.
The
customer is also responsible for cancellation penalties imposed by
airlines or other transportation carriers. We recommend you consider
some form of trip cancellation protection available through your travel
agent. All cancellations must be faxed in writing to the tour operator.
