DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS

A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require full payment. Full payment may be required earlier depending on the hotel restrictions or special events.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $10 per person, per package cancellation fee. Cancellation received 30-15 days prior to arrival will receive a refund, less a $25 per person, per package cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to fees in excess of the $25 per person, per package cancellation fee based on any cancellation fees imposed by any supplier of component parts of the package. Refunds will be made only after the original vouchers are returned to our office. Vouchers must be returned within two weeks of travel dates. Unused or partially used features of the package are nonrefundable. Special Event packages are subject to higher cancellation fees before 30 days prior to arrival.
