Package prices below on this page are for arrival by December 30, 2011 and include all taxes and handling charges.

Prices are PER PERSON for either a Single (one person in a room), Double (two people sharing a room),
Triple (three people sharing a room) or Quad (four people sharing a room) room.   


Not included in prices shown below: Packages prices do not include transportation, parking fees imposed by hotels and attractions, telephone calls or any amenity not included in the listed package inclusions. Downtown and West End usually hotels charge guests separately for parking - rates vary. The Opryland Hotel also charges guests for parking.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS: A $50 per person deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of travel require full payment. Full payment may be required earlier depending on the hotel restrictions or special events. Payments accepted by check, money order or most major credit cards. All prices are $US and subject to change and availability.


CANCELLATION and REFUNDS: Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $10 per person, per package cancellation fee. For cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is $25 per person, per package. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival may be subject to fees in excess of the $25 per person, per package cancellation fee based on any cancellation fees imposed by any supplier of component parts of the package. Refunds will be made only after the original vouchers are returned to our office. Vouchers must be returned within two weeks of travel dates. Unused or partially used features of the package are nonrefundable.
